This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms regarding refunds for funds invested with Anchored Investments ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read this Policy carefully. By engaging with our investment services and transferring funds to Anchored Investments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein. 1. No Refund Policy Anchored Investments operates under a strict no-refund policy once funds are received and committed to investment.

 

2. Rationale for No Refund Policy The nature of our business involves providing educational resources that will aid client funds directly invested in to live trading markets. Once funds are received, they are typically deployed promptly into various investment strategies, which may include purchasing securities, entering into derivatives contracts, or other market-based transactions. These transactions are often irreversible or subject to market fluctuations that make a direct refund of the original principal impractical and detrimental to the integrity of our investment strategies and the management of other client portfolios.

 

3. Acknowledgment of Risk By proceeding with Anchored Investments, you explicitly acknowledge and understand that: ● Investing in live trading markets involves substantial risk, including the potential for partial or total loss of your principal investment. ● Past performance is not indicative of future results. ● Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. ● You are committing funds to a speculative endeavor where returns are not guaranteed.

 

4. Withdrawal Process (Not a Refund) While we do not offer refunds, clients may request withdrawals of their available account balance, subject to our Terms & Conditions. ● Withdrawal Requests: All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or through our designated client portal. ● Processing Time: Withdrawal requests will be processed within a variable timeframe, typically 5-10 business days, subject to market liquidity, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. ● Withdrawal Fees: A withdrawal fee of 10% to 20% MAY BE CHARGED on all withdrawals as company payment. This fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. The exact percentage will be communicated to you prior to the withdrawal. This fee covers administrative costs, operational expenses, and compensation for our services. ● Market Value: The amount you receive upon withdrawal will be based on the current market value of your investments at the time of liquidation, minus any applicable fees. This amount may be less than your initial investment.

 

5. No Exceptions This no-refund policy applies to all funds received by Anchored Investments, regardless of the reason for the request, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with investment performance, or market downturns.
